Job Description:

  • Provide technical guidance and support for the customer success team, taking the lead with customized integrations, stream tests, data validation, and technical solution definitions.
  • Running SQL queries and looking at code samples to speed up the project definition process and assist the Customer success team during their day-to-day routine.
  • Technical subject matter expert for WSC Sports platform during customer calls and presentations
  • Maintain ongoing technical discussions with the customer across all levels.
  • Work with Product and R&D teams to capture and articulate customer and prospect special integration needs

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to collaborate with key functional teams, in a particular product, customer success, and R&D teams
  • Technical mindset, allowing you to tackle complex web, API, and architecture problems, heavy client-facing experience
  • Be able to read basic code to identify issues (not fixing)
  • Strong writing and understanding of SQL
  • Excellent verbal and writing English skills
  • Availability during weekends
  • Willingness to travel.

Job Description:

  • Lead investigation and collaborate with other group experts to investigate complex cross-function production issues
  • Act as the R&D extension in North America supporting production critical issues during North America business hours
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex network problems and recurring platform issues

Requirements:

  • Working experience in large-scale network engineering environments
  • Strong Linux system administration experience
  • Strong experience with networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, NAT, BGP, VPN, DNS, iSCSI)
  • Experience with Configuration Management and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Experience with observability and monitoring systems (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
  • Good familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar
  • Proficiency with virtualized and containerized environments (ECS / Kubernetes) 
  • Proven network debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Coding experience (Advantage)
